Nostos Coaching – Client Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nostos Coaching (“Coach”) and Client (“Client”) for participation in private or group coaching sessions.

1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions for coaching services provided by Nostos Coaching.

2. Nature of Coaching & Results

1. Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal, academic, and/or career growth.

    

2. Results will vary depending on the Client’s participation, effort, and individual circumstances.

    

3. There is no set timeline for results. Change is a lifelong process that requires consistency and personal commitment

    

4. Coaching is not therapy and should not replace medical, psychological, or legal services.

3. Client Commitment

1. Client agrees to actively participate and follow the plan developed in coaching sessions.
   
   
2. Client understands that achieving goals requires ongoing effort both during and outside scheduled sessions.
   
   
3. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Communication

1. General inquiries will be answered within 48 hours during business days.
   
   
2. Clients on the Advanced Plan are guaranteed a response to email inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

5. Payment Terms

1. Payment is required in full before sessions begin.
   
   
2. Monthly packages must be paid in advance for any discount to apply.
   
   
3. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Client may cancel services within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
   
   
2. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued, except at the sole discretion of Nostos Coaching.
   
   
3. If Client needs to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given to avoid losing the session credit.

7. Confidentiality

1. All personal information shared in sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
   
   
2. Group session participants agree to respect the privacy of all other members.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, any unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
